It works the way you would expect. Dr. Ash writes your lab and imaging orders, and they bill your insurance directly, the same as any other doctor. Over 90% of members get labs fully covered by their plan. What is not billed to insurance is the care itself: the unhurried visits, the direct access, and one physician keeping your whole picture together. That is what membership covers, and it is 100% HSA and FSA eligible, so pre-tax dollars pay it.
Paying cash? Membership works the same. Your labs and imaging run at direct, negotiated rates, often cheaper than billing a plan for advanced testing.
